The Russian-Ukraine War has made it evident that global politics is in a deadlock. The confrontation between the NATO-centered Western alliance and Russia is one of the most vivid manifestations of the global crisis. The major actors of international politics, such as the US, Russia, and China, have exhausted a resource for constructive dialogue. The United Nations turned out to be an obsolete institution, and it cannot guarantee cooperation among leading states. In this context, Georgia passively observes the ongoing power shift and formation of the new world order, while it has the potential to play a crucial role in resolving the most pressing issues and structural crises.
In the article, I will use the Relativistic-Quantum Noology theory and delineate what function and role Georgia can play in resolving the stand-off. The theory suggests a new cooperation model for the leading countries in international politics; It explains how Georgia can play a facilitator/mediator role in managing and supervising their negotiations.
